The cards
Cover every place the window opens.
Everything is designed around your logo and colors, free. One payment. Free shipping.
It's bought once, so the question isn't what it costs a month. One extra service call covers the whole system. One extra table covers a card.

Four of the same card. One by the register, one at the back, one in a pocket, one spare for when a staff member walks off with the first three.

Multiple locations, or something we don't list?
More cards than the bundles cover, a different material, one design per location. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it. No minimum order.
The $8 card question
A card that fails is worse than no card at all.
Fair question. There are cheaper cards. We'd rather tell you exactly what happens with them than pretend they don't exist.
Read the 1-star reviews on those listings and the same handful of complaints come up over and over. They matter more here than they would on most products, because when the chip doesn't read you don't just lose an $8 card. You lose the ninety seconds you were saving it for. The customer is standing there, phone out, and nothing happens. That window doesn't reopen.
The chip stops working after a week or two. You tap and nothing happens.
Free chip replacement for as long as you own it. If it stops reading, we send a new one.
The print peels or the sticker lifts, and after a month it looks like junk on your counter.
Printed and finished properly, not a label stuck on blank plastic.
Blank cards arrive. The seller stops answering messages.
A phone number that reaches a person in Sammamish. On the Eastside we'll bring it to you.
You can't change where the link points, or you can but there's a yearly fee buried in the listing to do it.
Change the destination whenever you want. One payment, no subscription, no fee to reprogram.
It ships from overseas and takes three weeks.
Free shipping, straight from us.
Generic card, no logo, or a logo upcharge at checkout.
Custom design with your logo and colors, included. No minimum order.
Complaints above are the recurring themes in 1-star reviews on low-cost NFC review cards sold on Amazon and Etsy, 2023-2026.
If you don't like how it looks
Not happy with the design once it's in your hands? Tell us within 30 days and we'll make you a new one, free.
30-day design guarantee
Wrong color, logo too small, layout not quite right — whatever it is, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll redesign it and send a new one, on us. One free redesign per order. You don't need to send the first set back.
Chip replacement, for as long as you own it
If a chip ever stops reading, tell us and we send a new one. No charge, no argument, no warranty window to check. It's the most common complaint about cheap cards, so we took it off the table.
You can also just buy one card for $19.99 and try it for a week before you order for the whole floor. There's no minimum and nothing to cancel.
Questions
Straight answers
The honest answer is that it depends on where you put it and whether anyone says a word. A card in a drawer does nothing. A card on the counter that a staff member slides forward while saying "if you've got ten seconds" is a different thing entirely. Put it where the customer is already standing when the work is done, and say one sentence. We're a new company and we're not going to quote you a tap rate we haven't measured.
